1. General Information

Idrottens Bingo operates under a license issued by the Swedish Gambling Authority on June 29, 2022. All services on the idrottens.bingo platform are managed and operated in full compliance with applicable regulations. Financial transactions are processed by authorized partners.

The term "Games" refers to all types of gambling activities available on our platform, including Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and Promotions. Collectively, they are referred to as our "Services" or "Software."

By accessing our site and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms supersede all prior communications and agreements, whether oral, written, or electronic. Clicking "I ACCEPT" or using our services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

2. User Account

2.1 Account Registration 

To place wagers or participate in our games, you must register an account under your legal name. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If detected, all accounts may be suspended, and any funds or winnings may be voided or reclaimed.

If you register through Pay and Play, you must verify your identity via your banking institution or a government-issued ID. Additional details such as your email, full name, address, and date of birth will be required. Further verification, such as submitting a passport or utility bill, may be requested. False or misleading information may result in account suspension.

Underage gambling is prohibited. If it is discovered that you were underage during play, your account will be closed, and all related transactions invalidated.

2.2 Deposits 

Only legally owned and valid payment methods may be used to fund your account. Funds cannot originate from illegal sources. Deposits may be subject to processing fees and minimum/maximum limits. Deposits made through bonus promotions are not withdrawable unless the bonus and winnings are forfeited.

2.3 Withdrawals 

You may request withdrawals up to your available cash balance. Minimum withdrawal is 100 SEK. Withdrawals under this amount incur a 50 SEK fee. All ongoing games must be cancelled before withdrawal. Verification may be required, and withdrawals may take up to 5 business days to process once documents are approved. Withdrawals must usually be made using the same method as the deposit. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits are 50,000 SEK, 250,000 SEK, and 750,000 SEK respectively.

2.4 Inactive Accounts 

Accounts with no activity for 12 months will be considered inactive and charged a monthly fee of 50 SEK, provided the account still contains a balance. You may contact support to retrieve funds from a closed or suspended account.

2.5 Account Closure 

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, underage use, irregular gameplay, or breaching these terms. Account balances, minus any applicable fees, will be returned after proper verification.

3. Gameplay and Betting 

All bets must comply with game-specific rules. A transaction is considered accepted only upon receiving confirmation. Once accepted, bets cannot be altered or cancelled without our approval. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or adjust bets and jackpots due to technical errors, irregularities, or breaches.

4. User Responsibilities 

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to participate;
• You reside in Sweden;
• Your funds come from legitimate sources;
• You play solely for entertainment;
• You will not engage in fraud or manipulation.

We reserve the right to void any bets and suspend accounts that violate fair play policies.

5. Chat Use Rules

Our chat feature is intended to foster a positive and respectful environment for all users. Any use of offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or sexually explicit language is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, bullying, spreading false or harmful information, spamming, or promoting third-party services or gambling sites. All conversations may be monitored and recorded for safety and compliance purposes.

 Users who breach these guidelines may face temporary or permanent suspension of chat access and, in severe cases, termination of their account without prior notice.

6. Game Disruptions

While we strive to ensure seamless gameplay, technical disruptions such as internet outages, server downtime, or software malfunctions may occasionally occur. In such events, Idrottens Bingo is not liable for any direct or indirect losses.

 Should a game be interrupted due to a technical issue, affected bets may be refunded or the round voided, depending on the nature of the error. Players are strictly forbidden from taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or system misconfigurations. Any attempt to exploit such issues may result in account closure, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities. If you encounter an error, please report it immediately to our support team.

7. Responsible Gaming

Idrottens Bingo is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer several tools to help you stay in control of your play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps to manage your spending.
• Session Limits: Control the amount of time you spend playing.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular reminders about how long you've been playing and your net balance for that session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request to suspend your account temporarily (minimum 24 hours) or for longer periods via your profile or by contacting customer support. During this time, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional material.

10. Intellectual Property

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services or platform, please contact our customer support team via email or live chat. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within two business days and resolve them within ten. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service such as EADR, or submit your case via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission.

13. Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. These terms are intended to complement, not override, your legal protections.

14. Limitation of Liability

Idrottens Bingo provides its services "as is," without any warranty or guarantee of uninterrupted access, system availability, or freedom from errors. We shall not be liable for any loss of data, missed winnings, or other direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed 1,000 SEK.

15. Breaches and Termination

If we determine that you have violated any of our terms — including engaging in fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or providing false information — we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice.

In such cases, any remaining balance may be withheld to cover losses or damages. We may also report your actions to the relevant legal or regulatory authorities.
